T O P I C R E V I E WJBoeI found this ET-138 scarf and was wondering if this was artwork designed and attached to ET-138 and of course details as discussed in ET-122 patch threadRobert PearlmanThe artwork was not applied to ET-138 (see here for what was, but ultimately did not fly) but the scarves were produced for the tank's rollout from Michoud. If you look closely at some of the photos here, you can see the scarves from that day. JBoeRobert, thanks again for the information. Your knowledge helped me to make an informed decision. I received it in the mail today, but wanted to share that I contacted the seller and got a great story behind it. The seller's mother recently passed, she was an employee at the Michoud plant and was involved in the External Tank construction. Just like many other employees after the downturn of the shuttle program she was no longer needed, but was fortunate enough to be reassigned briefly to the Orion program. Needless to say it provided a great background and history to this piece along with making her day.
